Sanawar and Mt Abu School Reports 1933-34 and 1935-36 sent to the British Army in UK. These reports are appended for those who are interested in digging deeper into the other Lawrence Schools set up as Asylums by Sir Henry Lawrence

Lawrence School Mt Abu was never ever a viable school. It was barely able to cater for 100 pupils and depended all is life on donations. The donations came from various Army Institutions, Lawrence School Sanawar, Retired Army men and strangely, rich Indians! Among donors, I noticed a donation of 31 rupees from a Mrs Sodawaterwalla! Other Indians included Thakur Sahib of Limbdi, Sir Gangaram and Sir Mohamed Yusuff. These Indians were making donations to a school that excluded Indians!

See below probably the last ever photo of children who had any connection with Lawrence School, Mt Abu which was shut as it was never viable and depended on donations and subsidies.
